Almost all of our products may be ordered for shipping anywhere in the world. However, please note that it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any items they import are in compliance with the laws of their own country.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after receipt, and many orders ship the same day they are received. However, some of the less popular publications must be printed upon order, and publications in our catalog may ship from various locations, more or less distant. Therefore, we ask that you please do always allow plenty of time for delivery of your order, and that you make use of the upgraded shipping options for any orders which are particularly time-sensitive, since such orders not only receive priority shipping but also priority handling prior to shipment.
Music, books, videos, recordings and mouthpieces shipped as ordered are not returnable unless defective. Cases, mutes and other accessory items may be returned in new condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the price paid less the outbound shipping cost. Extra scores and individual parts are available for many publications in our catalog, even where not specifically indicated in the online catalog. Please contact us for prices. Please note also that for Leduc, Hamelle and Heugel choral scores, there is a minimum order of fifteen copies for any given title. For Breitkopf choral scores, there is a minimum order of twenty copies. For Kalmus and other editions, no minimum applies.
